The architecture of the restaurant make it possibe to transform the menu and the atmosphere depending on the seasons.
On sunny days, the large windows leading onto the Domaine will offer you an ideal setting for the outside dinners and special evenings with friends. 
The atmosphere will totally change in winter. Our dinning room presents a friendly and cosy ambience in a contemporary and authentic place. 
In each seasons the menu is tasty and unique. It was made for different occasions and set-ups such as business dinners, romantic or family dinners.

The Chef Maxime Deschamps

To Maxime Deschamps, cooking has been his true calling ever since the age of 10. After a training of 4 years in the hotel management school of Quercy, he strated a tour of France in prestigious restaurants and many of theme were star restaurants.

In 1994, he continued his career on the Carribean island of Saint Barths where he became the head of the kitchens of Toiny**** for 13 years. He would be awarded many prizes including the "Grand de Demain au Gault et Millau".

He came back in France in 2010 to be the head of the restaurant of The Castle of Mirambeau***** which obtained a Michelin Star in 2014.

Today, Maxime Deschamps, strong of all of his experiences, saw the potential of The Domaine of Baulieu and the challenge is to make the restaurant a reference in the region.


The Menu

We suggest you a delicate and tasty cuisine focusing on the product itself. Regional products are selected by our chef with producers who cared about their environment.

Our restaurant manager François Charreau offers you a daring wine's card with a selection of South West references but also an opening on the rest of the world.

  • Monday through Saturday Evenings

  • From 7:30pm to 9:30pm (Monday to Thrusday)

  • From 7:30pm to 10pm (Friday to Sunday)

  • Every day on demand for the group (15 pers)
